2. These Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place orders.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

3. Our Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or change products without notice.
We will inform you as soon as possible if we cannot fulfil your order.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP (£).
Delivery charges are additional and shown clearly before you pay.
We accept payment via the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

5. Delivery

Standard Delivery: £4.99 per order (free on orders over £75).
Standard delivery is estimated to take up to 5 working days from order.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership of the goods remains with us until full payment is received.

6. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

As this is a distance contract, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Full details are in our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Goods

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. That policy sets out your rights regarding returns, refunds, and faulty items.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, logos, text, graphics, etc.) is owned by Gassed Society or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Website Use and Prohibited Activities

You must not:

Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
Introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious material.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant goods.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. strikes, pandemics, extreme weather, or supply chain disruptions).

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. As a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
